Run for Geoff

Last June we tragically lost my Dad in a accident at Victoria Train Station. 

HEMS rapid response team were on the scene within 5 minutes and managed to resuscitate Dad and transfer him to St. Mary's Hospital ITU but sadly his injuries were just too much and he passed away 4 days later with his family by his bedside.

We would like to thanks HEMS for all there hard work, dedication & care that they undertake on a daily basis and of course for giving us as a family the opportunity to say goodbye to Dad during this heartbreaking time.

The London 10K has always been close to Dad's heart and since its always around his Birthday at the End of May he always picked a member of the Family to run it with him as part of his present ( Blackmail I know !!! ). 

So this year both his Northern & Southern Families will be turning up in mass ( Hopefully around 30 off us ) to run the 10K in memory of Dad and to thanks HEMS.
