Please donate to this year's BIG City Collection and help save lives across London

Time is precious when a life is on the line. When patients are so seriously injured there is no time to reach hospital, our specialist medical teams give life-saving treatment at the scene.

But we’re a charity and we’re up against time to replace our helicopters. We must raise an additional £15m by autumn 2024 to purchase our helicopters and get them operational.

On Tuesday 26th September 2023 our team of volunteers will be collecting across the City of London raising vital funds to keep our service flying. You can help us reach our target by donating what you can today and sharing this page with your friends, family and colleagues to help save lives across London now and into the future.
