Time is precious when a life is on the line. When patients are so seriously injured there is no time to reach hospital, our specialist medical teams give life-saving treatment at the scene.

But we’re a charity and we’re up against time to replace our helicopters. We must raise an additional £15m by autumn 2024 to purchase our helicopters and get them operational.

On Tuesday 26^th September 2023 our team of volunteers will be collecting across the City of London raising vital funds to keep our service flying.
