Once we are out of London we predominantly cycle along quiet country lanes passing through Mitcham, Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead and Haywards Heath before taking on the challenge that is Ditchling Beacon – a mile long climb to the top of the South Downs where you will be rewarded with amazing views and a water break!

We need a team of fearless fundraisers to launch themselves from the highest rooftop helipad in Europe. Join the London's Air Ambulance Charity abseil team and descend The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel from 17 floors up. The free hang aspect (no body contact with the wall!) only adds to the sense of exhilaration as you experience the East London skyline from a whole new angle.
