I'm running to help save lives in London
Last year my incredible friend and fellow breast cancer warrior, Rebecca, had a medical emergency which left her fighting for her life. She came through due to her unbeatable spirit and the support of friends, family and the incredible emergency services!
I am joining Rebecca and her crew to complete this Santa run, as a tribute and act of gratitude to the incredible teams and organisations which held her and gave her life-saving treatment.
We are running for London air ambulance to help ensure others who find themselves in a medical emergency can get help. Please donate the cost of 3 coffees in London (£10), or whatever you feel able to give to help keep them saving lives.
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
