What was I thinking?!
Having watched my friend come back from unimaginable odds over the past few years to continue to be here for her family and friends, humbles me. She still smiles and stays positive throughout and refuses to be beat! So when she asked me to join her on this fundraising mission, how could I refuse? We are raising money for an amazing charity that needs our support to keep doing the great work that they do in reaching emergency trauma patients as quick as they can and providing life saving care at the scene. I’m not a runner or a jogger, so I will be walking (Or probably crawling by the end of it) along this scenic route of London.I'm running to help save lives in London
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
