Whether it’s improving your health, increasing your fitness or setting yourself a personal challenge, there are many ways you can get active and raise vital funds for London’s Air Ambulance Charity.
If you’re a member of a gym or sports club then you could hold a challenge of your own, from marathon spin class sessions to five-a-side football competitions or exhibition netball matches.
Fundraising challenges are also great for team building at work (who doesn’t enjoy some friendly rivalry between colleagues), so if you’re a London-based business please get in touch and we can help support your fundraising ideas. Our fundraising toolkit also has lots of practical advice and guidance.
If you would prefer to take part in an organised challenge event, either in person or virtually, then visit our challenge events page. You could take part in our iconic abseil, run a half marathon through London or take part in a cycling challenge, all to raise vital funds for your air ambulance charity.
Bow brothers lockdown challenge
Daniel and Ashley Mason, adopted brothers and Bow residents, decided to combine the challenge of keeping active during the UK’s third lockdown early in 2021 with fundraising for London's Air Ambulance Charity.
Supporting you as you fundraise
As well as our comprehensive fundraising toolkit that you can download here, we have a dedicated team ready to offer advice and help if you need it.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Thank you for your support. It means so much to everyone here at London’s Air Ambulance and to the thousands of people we help each year.
We have designed this fundraising toolkit to help you decide what to do and provide practical tips, advice and supporter stories so you can make the most of your fundraising, achieve your goals and, importantly, have fun while you do it.
