I'm Abseiling to help save lives in London
Things I actively avoid:

Any activity involving the words "don't look down"
So naturally, on Thursday 10th September, I'll be abseiling from the 17th floor
of The Royal London Hospital 🚁
Why? Because the Cheval
Collection team is raising money for London's Air
Ambulance Charity, an incredible organisation that brings advanced
trauma care directly to London's most seriously injured patients when every
second counts.
While I'll be questioning my life choices on the way down, London's Air
Ambulance is saving lives every day. Donations help keep their helicopters in
the air and rapid response cars on the road, giving patients the best possible
chance of survival and recovery.
If you'd like to support this amazing cause, any donation, big or small, would
mean a lot.
