Running London Landmarks Half Marathon for Theà
On the 9th of August 2024, my best friend Theà had a road biking accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result. The air ambulance was the first emergency service which arrived to help, followed by an ambulance.
Over the last year and a half, I have seen Theà battle every challenge and defy the odds each time. Her recovery is a testament to her strength and determination in a situation you never think anyone you love will have to go through. I am so proud of everything she has accomplished and I am honoured to be running London Landmarks Half Marathon with her on the 12th of April 2026 for two really important charities.
