Hi guys,

I know everyone is a bit skint what with covid etc but I would really REALLY appreciate it if any of you could spare a little change to sponsor me. On the 12th of September I will be absailing from the top of the Royal London hospital (17 stories!) In aid of London's Air Ambulance - a charity close to my heart given my experiences of working with them (begging for them to come help) on calls at work 🚑 London's Air Ambulance is a charity rather than an NHS organisation so depends heavily on donations. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you sponsor I promise I will send you photos of me crying my way down the building!

Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
