KWCC ride La Reine for London's Air Ambulance
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. They were instrumental in getting our own lovely Caroline Hemmington stabilised and transferred to hospital quickly after her accident and we are all so grateful to them for their constant commitment to patient care.
The KWCC women are riding La Reine in Gstaad on Saturday June 21st, to celebrate everything that is great about women riding bikes, and we'd love to use the opportunity to show our gratitude to London's Air Ambulance. 140kms and 3,000 metres has given us all something significant to train for this year, and Caroline was on a training ride when she had her accident. It's important for Caroline and the Wheeler Women to turn the events of the last few weeks into something positive and use all of our training to raise much needed money for such a good cause.
Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
Please give what you can to support London's Air Ambulance and give us a wave if you see us out on the road!

Good luck ladies! Sending speedy recovery wishes to Caroline 😘
