Abseiling for London's Air Ambulance Charity
Emma and I have joined a team of fearless fundraisers to launch ourselves from the highest rooftop helipad in EUROPE! Yes, you read that right, in Europe.
On Sunday 8th September 2024, Emma and I will be descending the Royal London Hospital, in Whitechapel from 17 floors up, which includes a free hang aspect (no body contact with a wall!) just to add that extra layer of craziness to our fall…sorry, abseil!...
On a personal note, as someone who has worked in healthcare regulation for over 14 years, I am frequently reminded just how stretched the wonderful personnel, and the equipment that they rely upon, are. So, Emma and I thought we would do something to try to help and this is where you come in...We would be so very grateful if you could donate, whatever you can afford, to help us reach our fundraising target and support the amazing work of London's Air Ambulance.
