Earlier this year, our colleague was struck by a out-of-control driver mounting the pavement on his commute, having just dropped off his wife and three young children at the bus stop. The rapid response and expert care from the London Air Ambulance team saved his life.
Eros and Aled are running a marathon to say thank you and help ensure they can continue saving lives across the city.
London’s Air Ambulance Charity delivers an advanced trauma team to the scene of London’s most serious injuries — by helicopter and rapid response car — providing life-saving care when every second counts.

- Deliver critical care to patients at the scene
- Give more Londoners the best chance of survival and recovery after trauma
