Please help me reach my £300 target

Why I’m doing this.

I’m abseiling from the roof of the Royal London Hospital on 11th June 2023 (re-arranged from last Sept) to raise money for the London Air Ambulance. 

My reasons are two-fold: 

Firstly, they were there for me when I crashed our car in February 2021.

I was incredibly lucky; I didn’t need them (I was taken to hospital by 🚑), but they were there if I’d required emergency treatment at the scene or an airlift to the Royal. 

Secondly, they treat, and save lives, of children and young people in London (obviously adults too)  - as a father of two it's reassuring to know that they are there and they saved a kid's life our team was working with a few years back - they make a difference. 

In terms of the challenge I’ve been about a bit, done a few things but I really don’t like heights (I was really nervous before doing the Orbit slide with my niece back in March 😬) - it’ll be fun, but I won’t find it easy. 

The London Air Ambulance do incredible work.
