50km Thames Path Challenge
London’s Air Ambulance is an incredible charity that provides life-saving interventions to the capital’s most sick and critically injured patients. With the current fleet of helicopters due to be replaced in late 2024, the London Air Ambulance charity is in desperate need for your support with their ‘Up Against Time Appeal’ in order to raise a much needed £15million. Without the arrival of these state of the art new aircraft, the provision of a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service team in London could soon become impossible.
In September 2024, I will participate in the ‘50kmThames Path Challenge’ to raise much needed funds for London’s Air Ambulance charity. As someone who would typically shy away from long-distance events, I have chosen to take off and push myself to new heights (get it?!- 🚁) in support of such a fantastic charity and my incredible work colleagues!
Please check your coat pockets, between the seats of your car, or the bottom of your bag for any loose pennies to donate to such a brilliant charity- a little goes a long way! (all proceeds go directly to London Air Ambulance Charity)
