I'm supporting London's Air Ambulance Charity

Hi Everyone
In June 2026 will mark 9 years since our beautiful son and brother David unfortunately passed away in a motorbike accident at the tender age of 17. There is not a day goes by that we don’t think about him/wish he was here and thanks to the LAA’s incredible efforts it was the only reason we got a chance to say goodbye.
He always had the biggest smile on his face, spreading positivity to everyone he met and was also an active charity supporter. To honour his memory and to add to the support of a life changing charity we wanted to fundraise in a way to lift spirits, make a difference and raise a lot of money at the same time.
This July, Lauren and I will be doing a 40k bike ride in Halkidiki, Greece, and would really appreciate your support by your donations (no matter how big or small) towards this amazing charity.
The London Air Ambulance is 100% charity based without support from the government or emergency services, instead relying on volunteers (even as high profile as Prince William and Harry) and the donations of the public.
Whilst what happened to David was a tragedy, the LAA did give us the best chance my brother would have had from the insanely quick response rate (on the scene in minutes) and emergency operating they are able to begin with from inside the helicopters whilst hospital staff prepare on the ground for incoming trauma.
They literally bring the hospital to the patients when times are critical and continue to be the difference between life and death, saving thousands of lives a year. Hopefully the money raised here can give at least one other family a 2nd chance at life with a loved one when odds aren't always on their side.
Thank you to my Sponsors
