What a rush!

I mean, why not…?
So you probably know by now I can’t go more than about six months without some personal challenge or other… But this one’s been on my list for awhile, and with it being almost exactly five years to the day since the accident, I figured this was the year to raise some money for the air ambulance. I can now actually consider what might’ve happened if the ambulance hadn’t turned up that day… and I know That we are not the only people for whom their worker is life-saving. So firstly I’m taking part in this challenge to raise much needed money for this essential service. But unlike many of the running challenges I have done, the thought of doing this does actually scare the pants off me! I used to be comfortable with heights, but over the years I have felt things closing in, so this is also a personal challenge to me to keep pushing the boundaries and not let myself be limited by my fears. I hope you might be able to spare some of your hard earned pounds to support this incredible charity which receives no government support. Thank you so so much on their behalf for anything you are able to give.I'm Abseiling to help save lives in London
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
I will be abseiling from the home of London's Air Ambulance Charity one the 17th Floor of The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. Please give what you can to help save lives in London.
