Just a short 14 mile / 22.5 km stroll this morning - nice to be out when it isn’t raining!I'm helping save lives in London
During my time as a volunteer Community First Responder working with the London Ambulance Service, I attended a number of incidents alongside London’s Air Ambulance and am acutely aware of the critical service they provide to the people of London - as this year I’m undertaking the London2Brighton Challenge (100km over the weekend of 23-24 May) again, I thought I’d take the opportunity to fundraise for this incredibly worthwhile and underfunded Charity - please donate whatever you can to help them help Londoners.
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
