I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for London's Air Ambulance!!

This isn't just another charity to me, it's a service I've seen from the inside and one that continues to inspire me.

As a Research Fellow at the Trauma Team of the Royal London Hospital, I worked alongside the team at London's Air Ambulance, one of the world's leading pre-hospital critical care services. I saw the preparation, the research, and the relentless commitment behind every mission to save the patient tomorrow that they couldn't save today.

The charity relies on public support for around 95% of its funding, and every contribution helps keep this life-saving service in the sky.
