I'm running to help save lives in London
When I was six years old, I experienced a life-changing event. I was hit by a motorbike while crossing the road, a traumatic accident that left me in a coma, paralysed on the left side of my body, and nearly brain dead. It was the air ambulance that saved my life that day. Thanks to their swift response, I survived and eventually regained my ability to walk, talk, and now, run. This is why I am running the London Marathon—to give back to the air ambulance charity that gave me a second chance at life. Your support will help them continue to save the lives of the most traumatic accidents in London, and make a difference - just as they did for me.
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
I will be taking part in the TCS London Marathon 2025 running with the London's Air Ambulance Charity Team. Please give what you can to help save lives in London.
