I'm Abseiling to help save lives in London
On Saturday 12th September I'll be abseiling from the 17th Floor of The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel to raise money for London's Air Ambulance Charity.
WHY? I hear you ask. Well, if I'm honest, just typing those words made me feel sick...It's safe to say this pushes me out of my comfort zone; I will stand at the top of that building and totally freak out as I realise what I've actually signed up to. It's pretty physical too, which everyone who knows me even slightly knows is NOT me in the slightest..!
But this is important. And this isn't something I'm doing lightly. I know the money I raise has the potential to save lives in London and it's worth it. London's Air Ambulance could save your life one day, as it has for countless Londoners.
About London Air Ambulance
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
So please support me and give whatever amount you can to help save lives across London!

Have fun Marina. It's great to challenge yourself and raise money for a good cause too xx
