Hey everyone! Each year for my birthday I quietly make a donation to a charity—something I've generally kept to myself and never turned into a public fundraising endeavor. Additionally, I always seek out a thrilling new experience to ring in another year, especially if it involves heights and flying. 🌆🚁
Well, this year I'm breaking tradition in the best possible way—I've joined London's Air Ambulance Charity for their Helipad Abseil this September 2023! 😊
🚁 What is London's Air Ambulance Charity? London’s Air Ambulance delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most critically injured patients. They use helicopters by day and rapid-response cars by night, bringing the hospital to those in dire need when every second counts.
🏥 What am I Doing? This upcoming Sunday, I’ll be stepping over the edge of the highest rooftop helipad in Europe at The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. Yep, that's 17 floors up! 🙌
🎯 How Can You Help? For the first time, I’m inviting you all to join me in a public fundraising effort for this incredible cause. Starting today and for the next four weeks, we have the opportunity to make a massive impact together. No contribution is too small!

I'm Abseiling to help save lives in London
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
I will be abseiling from the home of London's Air Ambulance Charity one the 17th Floor of The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. Please give what you can to help save lives in London.
