Please help me reach my £500 target

Abseil Complete!

Earlier today, on the 12th of September at about 9:50am, I completed the abseil off a platform just under the helipad of the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel! 

It was exhilarating, and the view of London from up there was just spectacular. I didn't fear anything about the abseil nearly as much as I thought I would...I had absolute confidence in the equipment and expertise of those supporting me above and below.

I really enjoyed it, and I think I may have to do this again next year!

I'm abseiling to help save lives in London on the morning of Saturday 12th September 2026!

London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and the best quality of life, after trauma.

On the morning of Saturday 12th September 2026, I will be abseiling from the home of London's Air Ambulance Charity on the 17th Floor of The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel  (90 metres above the ground!). Anyone is welcome to come and watch me dangle off the hospital for however long it takes for me to complete the abseil.
