Entering the home stretch!

After plenty of hard, long, arduous sessions I am entering the home straight.  I have the equivalent distance to row from J24 (Potters Bar/South Mimms) to J25 (Hertfrod/Enfield) to go (19.594kms or 12,175miles) 
To attempt this within the short timeframe was a bit of a spur-of-the-moment-decision, but I had a buddy who was going to do it with me so I couldn't say no.  
It's all for a good cause at the end of the day

London’s Air Ambulance is a charity. We rely on public donations and fundraising. We work closely with the NHS and receive some funding from our NHS partners, but we are not an NHS organisation. 
This is something that we, or someone we know, may need one day. Help support HEMS so that they can  continue to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma..
