Helipad Visit

In February I was lucky enough to visit the London Air Ambulance base and helipad to meet some of the other London Marathon runners.
Most importantly I was able to meet Neil, one of the pilots who is responsible for getting the paramedics, doctors and consultants to the most critically ill patients in and around London. Being able to thank him for all he and his colleagues do and did for the incredible Sash was a moment I will cherish forever 

There is still time to donate to such a worthwhile and lifesaving cause!

January Update

Hello all, thank you so much for all the donations so far it is really appreciated! Did you know, one single call out of the Air Ambulance costs over £2,000?

Training is well an truly underway and hopefully we can smash the target of £2,500 to ensure the Air Ambulances can continue doing the incredible life saving work they do! 

I'm running the London Marathon 2024 to say thank you for saving my best friend.

On the 19th March 2022 London Air Ambulance responded to a RTC in which my best friend Sasha was left with life threatening and life changing injuries. Their care and support was unwavering and thanks to their efficient response and treatment Sasha was able to receive the critical care she needed. As a result she is now absolutely thriving 2 years on.  

London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.

I will be taking part in the TCS London Marathon 2024 running with the London's Air Ambulance Charity Team. Please give what you can to help save lives in London.
