I'm Abseiling to help save lives in London
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
This September, I'll be abseiling from the 17th floor of The Royal London Hospital to raise money for London's Air Ambulance Charity.
I'm taking on this challenge because of my own experience with the healthcare system. For years, I lived with uncertainty about my health before finally getting the answers and support I needed. That experience showed me how much the right care at the right time can matter.
I'm also really excited to take part in this event, even though it`s completely outside my comfort zone.
London's Air Ambulance provides life-saving care across London when people need it most. My goal is to raise £300, and any donation, big or small, would mean a lot.
