I'm Abseiling to help save lives in London
As many of you know my brother Lee had an accident in 2017 where he was Air lifted to The Royal London Hospital and spent 3 months there before being transferred to a local hospital. I can't believe I am saying this but i am doing the London Air Ambulance Charity Abseil, where i will be abseiling from the 17th floor of the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel in September (the highest Helipad in Europe!). They do such an amazing job saving lives every day and we will be forever indebted to the Air Ambulance for their amazing work. If you can donate, it would be hugely appreciated. As I have a fear of heights this will be a personal challenge for me and I feel sick even typing this!
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
