I'm running to help save lives in London
London’s Air Ambulance is a charity that’s close to our hearts in the Morse household. Jeremy flew for LAA for a few years and loved his job, despite working as a seaking helicopter pilot for the Royal Navy for 20+ years I’ve never seen him happier in a job, he loved it and it was tough - these guys go to the most serious of cases. As a parent hearing cases of children falling out of windows esp during the summer months would break my heart but knowing that if LAA could get to them - they’d have a chance.
LAA delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
I will be taking part in the TCS London Marathon 2025 running with the London's Air Ambulance Charity Team. I can’t even believe this is happening - I only began running properly 18 months ago - Running and I were never friends and now it’s my headspace and I love it. On the big day i’m going to thinking of Jack and Jeremy along with my amazing family and friends and watching out for that red chopper in the sky / Please give what you can to help save lives in London.
