Pedalling 55 Miles to Save Lives: Jasher's 2026 London to Brighton Cycle

I am officially taking on the 55-mile London to Brighton Cycle 2026 on Sunday, September 13, to raise vital funds for London's Air Ambulance Charity!

Why I’m Riding

When someone in London is critically injured, every second counts. London’s Air Ambulance brings an expert trauma team of doctors, paramedics, and pilots directly to the roadside within minutes. They provide advanced, life-saving interventions right at the scene when patients don't have the time to make it to a hospital.

Because they are a charity, they rely heavily on public support to keep their helicopters flying 24/7 and their rapid response cars on the road. By providing medical intervention as quickly as possible after a trauma, they give patients the absolute best chance of survival and quality of life. I want to make sure they can keep showing up for anyone who needs them.

The Challenge Ahead

This isn’t going to be an easy Sunday cruise! The route takes us all the way from Clapham Common out of the capital, through the beautiful (and very steep) Surrey countryside, up the infamous Ditchling Beacon, and finally down to the Brighton Seafront.

• The Distance: 55 miles (89 km)
• The Date: Sunday, 13th September 2026
• My Goal: To conquer the hills and raise at least £300 to fund life-saving care.
