Injured to 50k

I'm supporting London's Air Ambulance Charity

Couple birthday beers in … decided to join a friend on the 3rd October for a 50k race.

2 issues, im the most injury prone man on the planet currently 10 weeks out from a broken foot, and I hate running but, I thought … why not.

Then I had another thought post signing up, why not (try to) raise a bunch of money for charity. The lad asleep in my profile is Connor. His old man was involved in a horrific event being hit by a motorbike speeding through London.

Whilst this event resulted in the loss of his leg, thankfully due to the heroics of the London Air Ambulance he could walk away from it alive (pardon the pun).

Without funding charities like these cannot perform their miracle interventions and save lives, so instead of having that extra pint, I would be extremely grateful if you popped that fiver in this pot.
