Firstly thanks so much to all sponsers and support especially on the day , really helps running round and seeing me people dotted along the course, cheering me on.. i have to say that was a great experience, from training to race day , i got the post race aches and celebrated with me first donor kebab and bowl of ice cream in a while😋...having a month of training, before getting ready for me next 1 late sept.and aim to beat my 2hrs 12mins.Target reached....👏🙌👏🙌👏

Picked up a little injury, running through the ice age of last week, niggled one of me back muscles,...rested up, done a swim then yesterday got out for a 5 1/2 mile run, followed by a 10 k walk in the evening....yep back in the game !12 weeks to go!!
So i done my first serious run last night just over 3 miles , i was doing bits and pieces, up till now just to loosen myself up..gonna gradully increase distance with each run. ..so can finish in a respectable time, hopefully not crawling over the line on my belly ..the time is now...the cause is a good 1, for londons air ambulance, the challenge is 13.1 miles ...lets help save lives !!Thank you to my Sponsors
