LAA & Daniel vs Abseiling @ RLH
Hi, my name is Daniel Nie, an F1 at the Royal London Hospital. I also studied at Barts and the London as an undergraduate for the past 6 years and have grown fond of the local area and the people.
During this time, I have come across London’s Air Ambulance, the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. So I'd love to raise money for them so that they can continue their amazing life-saving work. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
I will be abseiling on Thursday 8th September at 2:45-3:30pm from the 17th Floor of The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel from the home of London's Air Ambulance Charity. This is a pretty big challenge for me as I am terrified of heights! So it's not a light thing for me to take on. Please give what you can to help save lives in London.
