London's Air Ambulance
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Whether by operating on scene or transporting patients to one of London’s hospitals, the charity provides a rapid response and critical pre-hospital care. Its helicopters can reach any point within the M25 in under 12 minutes.
The charity works alongside the NHS but relies largely on donations to operate 24/7. This is where a fundraising page comes in!
The London Marathon falls on 2nd October this year and I’m delighted to be running with London’s Air Ambulance.
There are two ways you can help me to the finish line.
The first is to make a donation. I will be matching all donations up to £2,500 with the aim of raising £5,000. Benefits of donating include supporting this fantastic charity and a full exemption from conversations about running.
The Second is to share any song that keeps you going. I was going to say that I’m running for London’s Air Ambulance in memory of my wonderful cousin Joe but he probably wouldn’t have approved of running a marathon to fundraise. He would approve of listening to (at least) 4.5 hours of good music to fundraise. So, I’m listening to hours of good music for my wonderful cousin Joe.
