GREAT SOUTH RUN - 15 OCTOBER 2023

I have only a few weeks to get match fit and I hope that by donating to such an amazing cause that I can keep to my training schedule and make it round the (thankfully flat) course in Portsmouth.

I am amazed that such an important service is a charitable organisation but such is the way so please give what you can in order to keep this vital part of the ambulance crew going.

I want to help save lives in London

London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.

Please give what you can to help save lives in London and give my legs the motiviation to keep on going when they want to give up
