I am running the London Marathon 2025 for the London Air Ambulance!
I will be running the 2025 London Marathon for the London Air Ambulance in memory of my friend George Casey.
George was the life and soul of any party and always brought the fun and excitement to wherever he was. George’s happy and cheeky personality was infectious with everyone he met. He had an incredible ability to make people laugh and smile, and make everyone feel so special.
On Sunday 30th July 2023, our gorgeous George was tragically hit by a speeding motorist. The London Air Ambulance responded within minutes and worked their hardest on him before he was transferred to the critical care unit at Kings College London. This is where his family met their real-life angel nurses and doctors who did everything in their power for George and his family and friends. Our cheeky, kind, funny, gorgeous George passed away on the 5th August, aged just 26. He is missed so so deeply.
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help ensure the helicopter and rapid response cars are ready for when they are needed most. Please give what you can to support this incredible charity.
