I'm abseiling down the Royal London Hospital in loving memory of Saskia Jones to raise money for London's Air Ambulance

I'm incredibly honoured to share with you all that it has been confirmed that on Saturday 7th September, I'll be taking on the thrilling challenge of abseiling from the rooftop helipad down the side of the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, East London in support of London's Air Ambulance Charity!

This endeavour holds deep personal significance for me as I'll be undertaking it in loving memory of my dear friend Saskia Jones, who tragically lost her life in the Fish Monger Hall Terror Attacks on London Bridge in 2019. Saskia and I were not only classmates but also close friends during our time at Anglia Ruskin University from 2013-2016. Her spirit and memory continue to inspire me every day.

While London's Air Ambulance may not be our most local air ambulance, its critical work touches the lives of so many. We all spend time in London, whether it's for work, leisure, or simply passing through on the M25 or flying out of Heathrow/City Airports. The rapid response and life-saving care provided by London's Air Ambulance can make all the difference in the most critical moments.

By taking on this challenge, I hope to honour Saskia's memory while also supporting the incredible work of London's Air Ambulance Charity. Every donation, no matter how small, will help ensure that this vital service can continue to save lives across our city.
