I'm supporting London's Air Ambulance Charity
Several years ago, I was attacked and left in a life-threatening condition.
It completely changed my life.
In that moment, I needed help quickly. I was lucky enough to receive immediate care from medical experts who gave me a chance to survive and fight for my life.
Their team responds to some of the most serious emergencies in London. They are there for people on the worst day of their lives. When every second matters, their teams bring advanced trauma care directly to the scene, giving people in critical situations the best possible chance of survival.
I know how important that is, because I was once in that position myself.
That is why I have chosen to raise money for London’s Air Ambulance Charity.
I will be taking on the Spartan Beast on the 16th of August, a 21km race with 30 obstacles , to raise money and give something back. It will be tough, but this challenge means a lot more to me than just completing a race.
It is about survival, gratitude and helping others get the same chance I was given.
Any donation, big or small, would mean a lot and will help London’s Air Ambulance continue their incredible work.
