I'm supporting London's Air Ambulance Charity

On Sunday 14th September, I’ll be stepping off solid ground and dangling from the helipad of London’s Air Ambulance Headquarters at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. Yes, you read that right!!!

I’ll be hanging in mid-air, clinging to courage and a harness, all in the name of charity.

For those who know me, or are just meeting me now, I spent several years serving as a Police Officer in London, often shoulder to shoulder with the extraordinary team at London’s Air Ambulance. I’ve seen them work miracles in the most harrowing moments, stabilising lives on the pavement, racing against time and bringing hope where it’s needed most. 

These people aren’t just medics they’re airborne heroes!

Now it’s my turn to give back.

I’m raising funds to help keep this lifesaving service in the sky where they belong. Every pound you donate helps ensure they can continue responding to critical emergencies across the capital fast, fearless, and fully equipped.

And here’s the kicker, I’m absolutely terrified of heights. So while this event might look fun, I’ll be absolutely bricking it the entire time. But if dangling from a helipad gets even one more flight funded, it’s worth every shaky limb.
