CAN'T STAND RUNNING..BUT HERE WE GO!
I will be running for London Air Ambulance8 years ago I lost my dad to a heart attack, but my overriding memory of the day was as I was with him when he passed was the magnificent effort by the Air Ambulance to keep him alive. I will be running thinking of every moment they tried their best to keep him alive whilst under enormous pressure
I am not a runner, cannot stand it but hey ho lets go for it..
