I'm running to help save lives in London
London’s Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London’s most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London’s Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
I will be taking part in the TCS London Marathon 2026 running with the London's Air Ambulance Charity Team. Please give what you can to help save lives in London.
We as a family, cannot ever thank the air ambulance team enough for there life saving efforts that saved our son and brother in FEB 2020. Our lives changed that day too!
We were 4 mins away from losing him that morning and the outcome could have been so different if it wasn't for the London's air ambulance team that saved him. Jordan was cycling to work on the morning of 24th February 2020. He was knocked off his bike and thrown 100 yards down the road. He suffered catastrophic injuries and was immediatey put into an induced coma.
Jordan's story and documentary is on you tube and you can access it through your video downloads. Jordan's story is a very inspirational documentary that relives the trauma he went through and the recovery process that is now being used to help other trauma patients and their family's understand the process their loved ones have to endure when coming out of a coma and into the unknown.
The documentary also won an award in 2023. It's a must see for all.
Cyclists in particular are not given enough space required from the side or behind, they face the vulnerability of drivers and badly maintained roads.
