London's Air Ambulance Charity are honoured to be chosen by the RBKC Mayor Cllr Tom Bennett as his Charity of the Year 2025/2026.
We’re incredibly proud to have been chosen as the Mayor’s Charity of the Year for 2025/2026 in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Every day, our advanced trauma team delivers urgent, medical care to Londoners when they need it most. In the past year, we responded to 43 serious incidents within the borough.
Mayor of Kensington and Chelsea, Cllr Tom Bennett said:
"I am proud to be working with London’s Air Ambulance Charity as the Mayoral Charity for the upcoming year: through their enormous skill and heroism they have saved numerous lives in Kensington & Chelsea, and across London, and I hope to further raise awareness of them and support their amazing work.”
Jonathan Jenkins, CEO of London's Air Ambulance Charity, said:
“As a London-based charity, we strive to build relationships with our communities, the communities we’re here to serve, and the support of the Mayor of Kensington and Chelsea will help us do just that. We’re London’s only air ambulance service and we attend to six critically injured people a day, bringing them hope on the worst days of their lives. Thanks to support from London boroughs such as Kensington and Chelsea, we will continue to be there, today, tomorrow, always. Thank you.”
As a charity, we rely on public support to keep flying, innovating, and saving lives across London. Your donation today will help us bring hope to every emergency. Trauma doesn’t stop and neither do we. Thank you for standing with us.
