I'm supporting London's Air Ambulance Charity
🚴♂️ I'm cycling from London to Brighton (again!) to raise money for London’s Air Ambulance Charity – and this time, I’m determined to make it count. 🚁
I took part in this ride last year but didn’t choose to raise any money – so this year, I’m setting myself two goals:
1️⃣ Beat my time from last year
2️⃣ Raise £300 for a truly life-saving cause
London’s Air Ambulance provides critical trauma care across the city, often arriving within minutes to perform emergency interventions that save lives. They respond to stabbings, crashes, falls and more – bringing hospital-level care to the scene when time is everything.
This service isn't fully NHS funded. It relies heavily on public donations to stay operational, and every pound really does make a difference.
The ride is over 50 miles and includes some serious climbs (yes, I’m looking at you, Ditchling Beacon…), but knowing it’s helping keep this amazing charity flying will push me through.
If you can spare anything at all, I’d really appreciate your support. Let’s hit that £300 target together and back a team that saves lives every single day.
Thank you so much!
