I'm Abseiling to help save lives in London
I've wanted to do an abseil for years and finally got round to making it happen.
Now, I know I've jumped out of planes etc but that was all pre kids, now I have much more fear than I used to. But I'm excited, and Amy and I will help each other over the edge and down :D

I will be abseiling from the home of London's Air Ambulance Charity one the 17th Floor of The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. Please give what you can to help save lives in London.
