After an injury kept me from running last year, I’m back—and I couldn’t be happier about it! This year’s training has been very different—ego out the window, and I’m genuinely enjoying every minute (well maybe 95% 🤣).
A huge thank you to everyone who donated last year and to those who have already supported me this year! I’m determined to get through it and do you all proud, and keep my eyes on in a photo!
Current status: I eat about six meals a day, I’m either wearing compression socks or icing something, and I make old-lady noises getting up and down. But after conquering my longest run of 34km (and remaining pretty much in one piece), I’m so grateful to be here and can’t wait for race day! 💪

Hello all,
I am excited to say on 21st April 2024, I will be lacing up my running shoes to take on the iconic London Marathon. The charity I have chosen to run for is the amazing London's Air Ambulance. An incredible organisation that holds a special place in my heart.
Why London's Air Ambulance?
Having had the privilege of working with London's Air Ambulance, I can attest to the incredible impact they make on the lives of individuals facing life-threatening emergencies. The Air Ambulance service ensures that a team of highly skilled medics and advanced medical equipment can reach the scene within minutes, making a life-or-death difference.
Every second counts when it comes to saving lives. The dedicated team work tirelessly around the clock to bring hospital-level care directly to the patient, whether it's a road traffic collision, a stabbing or any other life-threatening incident.
My Personal Connection
Having seen the impact of London's Air Ambulance first-hand and worked as part of the Physician Response Unit, I am inspired to take on this challenge. This is not just a run for me; it's a run for the countless lives that will be saved.
