You’re a bunch of good eggs. 

I did a pretty standard 4 hours 40 on this, so I’m not awful, but I’m also not terrible. Banging. 

All the money goes to the champs at London air Ambo, who do the amazing work of air ambo crews across the country, but also deal with Londoners, and we’re high maintenance, so extra kudos. I had a really good time riding this and enjoyed it, I promise not to ask for money again soon just to make me feel better about indulging in a hobby. At least a few months, thanks all xxx

I’m sorry to everyone I have browbeaten into giving this effort some moolah. I appreciate I am intolerable. 

Preparations are good, and the forecast is truly horrendous. 

My thighs

Listen, my thighs, they hurt. Like, a lot. Because I thought I needed to train for this. I’ve been drafted by Lycra clad pricks pretending they’re making effort the last week. Let’s go.

So much prep

I’m doing very little, which will make this much more awful, and deserving of money. Please hand over the money.

The great thing about this, is even if I don’t cycle to Brighton because I get distracted by a passing butterfly, the London Air Ambulance still get your donation.
