London Landmarks Half Marathon for LAA 🚁

Hi All! This may come as a shock (it has to me!) that I've signed up to run a HALF MARATHON next April! 🏃🏽‍♀️ As many of you know l'm incredibly passionate about pre-hospital care and it’s the career path I'm *hoping* to pursue. In light of the INCREDIBLE work HEMS teams such as London's Air Ambulance do, I wanted to do my bit to help raise money - did you know that air ambulances in the UK are charities and therefore don't receive government funding?! I would be so grateful if you could donate whatever you have in return for me taking on possibly the biggest personal challenge - it definitely competes with getting through Medical School! I'm aware this is a wee while away but with working a full time doctor job I'll be squeezing in training where I can 🩺

London's Air Ambulance is the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team to London's most seriously injured patients. Your donation will help save more lives by keeping the helicopter in the air and the rapid response cars on the road, ready for when they are needed most. By providing intervention as quickly as possible after injury, London's Air Ambulance Charity aims to give patients the best chance of survival, and best quality of life, after trauma.
